All paid orders are packed securely and shipped within two business days.

Orders are shipped by US Priority Mail Insured.

Art larger than 11 x 17 is shipped in a tube. Tube-shipped art must be left to rest and unroll by itself for a day or more on a flat surface after removing from tube and bag to allow for unrolling naturally to ensure no creases.

All art is sprayed with a fixative to help prevent smudging of pencil.
