What Does Shipping Cost?
We charge a flat fee of $10.95 for orders shipped within the United States of America based on per item pricing up to three pipes.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship to the following countries:
Sweden, Germany, Denmark, United Arab Emirates, Japan.
All International Orders take 2-5 Business Days to process once placed.
*All International orders are limited to 5 or fewer pipes. Any orders over this will be cancelled and refunded.
All shipments will be declared correctly with their true contents and value. Many countries regulate tobacco products. Please be aware of your country’s import laws and restrictions.
Refunds for shipments that are returned will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.
Original shipping paid for packages returned is deemed “used” and is NOT eligible for refund. You will only be refunded for the products in your order minus the 10% restocking fee. This is final.
International Shipping Rate is a flat fee of $79.95. Free Shipping Offers are not valid for international shipping.

Are pipes insured?
Pipes are shipped insured for replacement value only.
Do you repair pipes?
Under rare circumstances, yes we do. It depends on the type of pipe and the type of repair needed. Many original stems are no longer available and substitutions must be made. Repairs begin at $45.00 and go up from there. This does not include return shipping.
How do I get a pipe repaired?
If you have a pipe in need of repair, send an email to us at info@eberpipes.com and include clear pictures of the area of needed repair along with a brief statement that lets us know you are aware of our fees beginning at $45.00 and up, not including shipping, and a description of what you want to have repaired in detail. From there, if we want to repair your pipe, we will ask you to send it to us. Once we receive the pipe we will send an invoice to you to be paid prior to the repair being done. If you do not want to pay the repair cost, you will be responsible for return shipping costs of your pipe.
