All art is sold non-returnable. All sales are final.

All art is sold direct from artist to collector.

The nature of art is that is it nearly unavoidable for the average person to handle art without the eventuality of crimping, creasing, smudging, coming in contact with food or fluids, splashes, scuffing, prints from handling and even acid from fingerprints -- all of which can and will damage the art, making it unsalable as new art direct from the artist.

Collectors are familiar with this and although these things may be avoidable with the discerning and experienced art collector, we do not make such presumptions and therefor have a strict no-returns policy.
